Terry McCanne
Customer Service Manager (Irvine Facility)
Terry brings a wealth of working knowledge, both as design engineer and technical sales in the ultra-pure application aspects of Semiconductor, Bio-medical, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Solar Cell industries for two decades. Extensive support to both OEM and End User applications assures our current customers Terry will do everything possible to meet all component demands in a timely manner. Terry’s free time revolves around time with family in outdoor activities, especially the beach (surfing), fishing, and golf.

Ken Harding
Customer Service
Ken has over 33 years experience in sales and specification of industrial thermoplastics – starting in the petrochemical industry in Houston and Baton Rouge. Since 1980, he has been working with owners, engineers and general contractors on wastewater treatment plants and landfill operations in Southern California. His spare time will find him listening to music and watching NCAA football, most notably the University of Texas.

Shawn
Roth
Sales Engineer
Shawn Roth is a graduate of the University
of California, Santa Barbara, and we all know what a terrific
education he must have received as PenValve's owner, Bruce
Black, also graduated from UCSB a few years earlier. Shawn
is providing fantastic technical support to his loyal
customers from San Diego to Orange County. In his spare
time his young family loves to snowboard, play hockey,
and work on projects around his home.

Scott Mehringer
Sales Engineer
Scott is our company's newest outside sales engineer. Scott joins PenValve with over five (5) years outside sales and customer service experience. He is a graduate of San Jose State University. Scott is responsible for sales and support in the greater Los Angeles areas. In his free time, Scott can be found participating in many outdoor activities.
