Derek Olson Branch Manager After graduating from San Jose State University, Derek has been consistently delivering solutions for customers in the fluid handling industry since 2001. Customers throughout California have come to value Derek’s wealth of knowledge and commitment to service. In August 2007, Derek was named Branch Manager of PenValve’s Austin office. Heinrichs Customer Service Russ was a member of our Mountain
View Customer Service Department for over ten years before
agreeing to accompany Chris Morris to Texas. His product
and system knowledge, along with his positive customer
support attitude has contributed to PenValve’s Austin
office early success. Russ enjoys watching NASCAR in his
free time.
